Two decades building medical practice operations

I’ve spent over twenty years in the medical industry — and honestly, it was never part of the plan. It became my passion. My journey started in 2004 as an Audit Clerk at Valley Star Children & Family Services, where I got my first real lesson in what compliance actually means — not as a checkbox, but as the backbone of a functioning organization. Seven years later, I walked into a podiatry office as a receptionist for Dr. Tepper, and something clicked. Podiatry became my world.
